DESCRIPTION

I am looking for a Brilliant and Extremely Efficient Person for the position of Lead Admin.  This position is not just an administrative person and it requires some amazing skills and traits.  This person should have experience working in some very fast paced field and must have experience being extremely efficient and successful in this field.  At this payscale, the person must have closed 25+ Real Estate Transactions as an agent or as an assistant and have 5+ years of real estate experience or experience in some related field.

This person will be the Listing Manager or Contract to Close agent while overseeing the operations of the admin department.  Overtime, this person will be the supervisor of up to 5 team members so this person needs to have management experience.

5+ Years of Customer Service Work

5+ Years of Administrative Work

3-5 Years of work supervising other employees

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

Active Real Estate Licnese

Experience closing 25+ Transactions as an agent or as an adminstrative assistant.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTRIBUTES

Position requires some suggestive selling/warm calling

Position includes working with clients on getting paperwork, solving problems, scheduling appts

 

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Will supervise 3-6 people

Making decisions/changes and proactively planning

Maintaining daily operations/workflow and implementing existing policy

SKILLS NEEDED

Strong verbal and written communication skills:  able to write letters and email and speak on the phone with good grammar/spelling

 

Expert in the use of Word, Excel, Publisher (outlook or some database program or CRM) and the internet:  Excellent means knowing how to use most features of the programs.  Example:  Formulas in Excel, able to create multiple spreadsheets which interact with each other

 

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Is able to work fast, be aware of multiple aspects of multiple items, can get an enormous amount of work done in restricted amounts of time

 

High Ability to be Compliant: with Real Estate Laws (once learned), team checklist and systems, Company Directives

 

Working with Customers: Can establish rapport with clients quickly and demonstrates good listening skills
