General Information
Growing Real Estate Team seeks Executive Assistant who has the potential to become an Assistant Executive. This is a fast paced environment which requires meticulous organizational skills and the ability to scrupulously follow, implement and develop systems. Other personality requirements for  the  Executive Assistant position are the ability to receive and resolve complaints, the ability to converse comfortably with clients and prospects so that they feel comfortable and confident, the ability keep a positive attitude under all conditions, and an approach to work and life that is learning based and growth based.  Some of the duties of this job are:  general clerical duties, managing all marketing/mailings and lead follow-up, office management and activities which assist the team leader,  listing management and complete contract to close duties for 2-4 agents. 
Skills, Experience and Education Needed
Applicants must be experienced in using all Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint , and Publisher programs. Applicant must have extensive experience with some contact management/database system.  This job requires a Bachelors or Associate Degree and 3+ years experience in real estate contract to close and admin duties.  A real estate license not required but is very helpful however, this position is for someone who desires to grow in the office management/Executive Assistant position and does not desire to be work as a commission earning agent. 

The Hiring Process

The hiring process has multiple steps and takes several weeks to a month.  Step 3 of the interview process requires the applicant to take the DISC assessment personality profile and a skills assessment during the in-person interview.  There is a specific personality style which is being sought.

To apply for or inquire about this position, reply by email to the ad and attach a resume and a cover letter. Because we receive so many responses for a position of this type, we will only respond to candidates with whom we wish to schedule a phone interview (step 2).   Pay will be negotiated based on experience and skill. Starting range of pay for Executive Assistant position will pay $35-$45k per year. As the employee advances to the Assistant Executive Position, the pay can increase to $50-65K+.  This position will not be filled until we are sure we have found the "right hire".  We are looking for a person who will help this business in growing through time.
