GROWING REAL ESTATE GROUP SEEKS SHOWING AGENT
Benefits: Enjoy working in the real estate field without the stress of having to market and create business. Search and show homes to team clients. Potential to advance to Buyer Specialist with higher commission splits.
Responsibilties: Search for and show houses to the team's buyers. Hold 3 Open houses a month on team listings.
Compensation: Commission splits: $25,000-$50000 per year depending upon production. You can stay an independent agent and creat business for yourself in addition to working as our Showing Agent, or you can join our team.
Hours of Work: Must be available to show clients during the day, evenings or weekends.
What you don't have to do: If you are on our team, all contract to close and marketing duties are the responsibility of the Cathy Naiser Group. No Office fees or dues to be paid by buyers agent. If you are not on our team, then you must pay your own real estate dues and fees. If you are not on our team then, contract to close and marketing/lead generation for your personal business is still your own expense and responsibility.
